Founded in 2003 by Leon Recanati and Avshalom Herscovici, Govli Ltd. is financing and investing company specializing in finance businesses. Govli's aim is to extend and to improve the non-bank financing market in Israel. Govli is a finance division of GlenRock Israel Group.
